Client Services Agreement

The Client (which may be a legal entity or a natural person) is requested to read this Client Services Agreement, (hereinafter the “Agreement”), as amended from time to time, which governs the relationship between the Client who has completed the Online Account Opening Procedure and the Company.

Client Categorisation Information

One of the main consequences of MiFID II is that entities carrying on investment business are subject to specific regulatory requirements, including obligations to protect investors. A fundamental part of this regulatory framework is the requirement to categorise clients.

Order Execution Policy

This Order Execution Policy sets forth the Company’s policy and methodology for executing client orders on the best terms in accordance with Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) and the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 (L.87(I)/2017) as amended.

Client Complaints Procedure

The purpose of this Policy is to outline our effective and transparent procedure in place for immediate handling for all client complaints to ensure the Company’s compliance with applicable Laws, Rules and/or Regulations and operate in line with the complaint management procedures stipulated by CySEC.

Costs and Charges Policy

The Company is required to provide to clients or potential clients in good time information on all costs and related charges. Such information relates to both investment services and ancillary services, including the cost of advice, where relevant, the cost of the financial instrument recommended or marketed to the client and how the client may pay for it, also encompassing any third-party payments.

YourBrand is actively working to prevent all Financial Crime (FC) related activities such as Money Laundering (ML) and Terrorist Financing (TF). To prevent such activities the Company constantly works to verify the identity of all clients, and where necessary to assist government agencies and financial intelligent units (FIUs) with their effort to combat ML and TF.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
